Achievements

The Alpha Delta Pi experience is one that enriches the lives of its members through friendships, opportunities for personal growth, happy memories, commitment to high ideals, development of good decision-making skills, and a sense of pride in being a sorority woman. We encourage our members to get involved on campus and seek leadership roles in special interest and honor societies.

On campus, our chapter is well known for several achievements and philanthropies that take place year-round. We’ve raised over $3,000 this past school year by hosting multiple philanthropy events while participating in other chapters’ events as well. We also completed over 2,000 service hours as well with 75% of these hours being done in the Bloomington-Normal area.

For the 2024 Academic year, our chapter was awarded the “Innovative Program of the Year” award for our DEI Programming at the 2025 Sorority and Fraternity Life Gala. Our DEI events ranged from interactive learning experiences to community-building activities that have fostered inclusivity and belonging within our chapter. Upon participation in these activities, our members felt empowered to engage with diverse perspectives, creating a community where our women can support one another’s differences in our chapter and campus community!

Nationally, our chapter Zeta Theta, has been recognized by our Executive Office for a multitude of different achievements. Our sister, Kaylee Melton, was awarded the Ruth
Pretty Palmer Award, recognizing her service as Vice President of Unity and Belonging on the 2024 College Panhellenic Council. This past 2024 Academic Year, our chapter received Excellence awards in the following categories:

  • Philanthropy
  • Finance
  • Panhellenic
